About Our Services

SMART Training and Consultancy was formed as a response to the need from a range of organisations who wanted to improve their quality and level of interventions with young people. As a result we are pleased to offer the following services.

Training and Consultancy 

We deliver dynamic and interactive training and consultancy services on a number of key issues such as Recognising and responding to Serious Youth and Group Violence, Managing Challenging Behaviour and Conflict and Recognising and responding to Sexual Exploitation. All are designed to help practitioners improve their response to young people deemed at risk. All learners recieve access to our Learning Zone Space on this site which supplements the material
Our consultancy services are there to provide ongoing assistance and support to both practitioners and organisations

Action Learning Facilitation

We provide Action Learning Facilitation both as a development to our training courses and as a service for organisations who are looking for long term solutions to complex problems.

Aspiration and Motivational sessions

Whilst we provide talks to young people about the consequences of negative life choices we are equally passionate to deliver sessions which raise their aspirations, remind them of what they are capable of, get them hyped and provide crucial tools to help them succeed. Our sessions aren't just for young people, we mentor adults to achieve success too. Every month there is a web-blast through our social media channels with a specific focus for each month
