Free guide for schools and safeguarding teams
When Comments Become Climate

Staff scripts for responding to manosphere language without escalating defensiveness.

Teachers and frontline staff are increasingly hearing language shaped by online misogyny, peer pressure and manosphere content.

This free guide gives staff practical scripts, reflective questions and safeguarding prompts to help them respond calmly, hold clear boundaries and avoid turning the moment into a public battle.
The aim is simple: pause the harm, keep the boundary and open reflection where possible.

Download the free guide to help staff:
  • respond to comments like “it’s just banter” without escalating defensiveness
  • challenge absolute beliefs such as “all girls…” or “real men…”
  • use the question “Is that always true?” to open reflection
  • recognise when language is becoming part of a wider peer-group pattern
  • know when to respond, record or escalate safeguarding concerns
  • support staff who may feel personally targeted by misogynistic or anti-LGBTQ+ language
