Serious Youth Violence and CCE Training
Serious youth violence and child criminal exploitation can create a wide range of complex emotions for practitioners, young people, families and communities. These issues operate on multiple levels and are often intensified by peer dynamics, fear, coercion and the pressures young people face in unfamiliar or high‑risk environments.
This course aims to equip participants with a clear understanding of the factors that drive exploitation and violence, and the role they can play in either reducing or escalating risk. Throughout the training day, participants will engage with interactive material, real‑world scenarios and practical tools to build their confidence, strengthen safeguarding responses and support young people more effectively.

Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Training Sessions
Child sexual exploitation (CSE) is a type of sexual abuse in which children are sexually exploited for money, power or status.
Children or young people may be tricked into believing they're in a loving, consensual relationship. They might be invited to parties and given drugs and alcohol. They may also be groomed online.
Our training can help those working with young deemed at risk of CSE and SE to increase their awareness and improve their outcomes of the young people they work.

Our consultancy offer provides clear, grounded support to help organisations strengthen their responses and improve outcomes. This includes case reviews, peer reviews, and strategic guidance that help teams identify what’s working, where the gaps are, and how practice can be strengthened.
During consultancy sessions, organisations receive tailored advice, practical recommendations, and a trauma‑informed perspective that builds confidence, improves consistency, and supports safer, more effective decision‑making across the system.
