Keep It Moving was a video series created to speak directly to young people — especially those facing pressure, exclusion, or feeling unseen. The videos feature real talk, real experiences, and real encouragement from people who’ve walked difficult roads and found another way forward.
While the project has now ended, we’ve archived a selection of those videos here — not as polished productions, but as raw, honest reminders of what hope sounds like when it’s spoken from experience.
